Type of facility          : Housing Loan
Eligibility                   : Salaried / Self Employed / Businessmen with minimum income of
                                    Rs. 12000/- per month. Age eligibility would be maximum of
                                    60 years at loan maturity. Repayment capacity will be
                                    considered on total income of applicant and co-applicant.
Loan Amount             : Maximum upto Rs. 50 lakhs (subject to guidelines)
Repayment period    : Maximum upto 15 years (subject to guidelines)
Rate of Interest        : As applicable
Security                    : Equitable / Registered Mortgage of flat / house.
